The lock gates are operational according to the published Operating Hours of 8:00AM to 8:00PM (or as advised otherwise).

​Registration for watercraft to use the lock gates:

Documentation required:
 

1. Completed forms described below

2. The registration card of the boat or jetski
3. The sailing / navigation permit in the case of a boat

4. Proof of insurance on the boat or jetski

All documents must be valid (not expired). The name of the owner and operator of the watercraft, the name of the insured party on the insurance and the name on the lease and/or title deed must all be the same.

 

Step 1: Complete the User Registration Form 

 

Step 2: Complete and sign the Waiver Form

 

Step 3: Submit the User Registration Form and the required documentation. When all documents are completed, email them to FCCANALOPS@AdvisAqua.com

 

Step 4: After your completed form and all documentation is received, the file will be submitted to the Floating City Homeowners Association Board of Directors for review and approval. Once the board approves it, you will receive a message as to when you can collect your high-visibility sticker to be affixed to your watercraft.
